By accessing or using the ISYOU platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. ISYOU is a decentralized application (dApp) running on the Polygon blockchain.

2. Blockchain Responsibility

ISYOU facilitates interaction with the Polygon blockchain.

Private Keys: You are responsible for the security of your private keys. ISYOU is non-custodial.
Transactions: Transactions are irreversible. Verify details before confirming.
Gas Fees: Users pay network fees (MATIC).

3. Monetization

95/5 Split

Creators keep 95% of revenue. The Platform takes a 5% protocol fee.

4. Prohibited Content

We prohibit illegal acts, CSAM, hate speech, and malware.

5. Disclaimer

ISYOU is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for smart contract failures or market volatility.
